Advanced CNC Capabilities

From simple EPS shapes to complex, multi-material components, our CNC capabilities are built for speed, scale, and accuracy.

Our CNC Hot Wire cutters deliver fast, cost-effective production of simple EPS forms with dimensions up to 7.2 x 2.6 x 2.6m.

For complex geometries, our high-speed 5-axis CNC routers handle parts up to 13m x 5m x 2.5m with exceptional precision.

We work with a range of materials including model board, expanded polystyrene (EPS) and engineered wood, plus in-house 3D printing can bring even more flexibility to your project.
